Born to a middle class family in Kugane, Fujiko Fujiwara spent her days training to take on the role of a Geiko in order to support her family.The young Raen woman found herself taking to the arts and, perhaps especially, music. Her days were spent practicing calligraphy, dance, and song. Fu also found herself drawn to the... finer aspects of her life. The fine cloths made of silk and lace. The rich foods. Everything in Fu's life seemed perfect.However, in the world of Hydaelyn things are rarely perfect, and so it was true for the young Geiko-in-Training as well. Geiko are expected to take clients, and nothing could have interested Fujiko less.Fujiko had learned of special magics in the west. Dancers from Thavnair and musicians from Eorzea.
